Returns & Refunds

Thank you for purchasing our products at Feahie.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and then return the product within 14 days from the date of request for a refund. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. Package the item in the same packaging it was received in.

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

If your order or part of your order needs to be returned due to damage in transit, please contact us as soon as possible (within 1 day of receipt of the goods) and we will arrange a suitable date and time to collect the item.

Any items with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded free of charge.
